Adopt a Family Event and Toy Sort Protocols:

• Masks must be worn when entering the event and kept on during the event unless you are eating or drinking
• Extra masks will be provided if needed
• 6ft social distancing will be enforced for families and volunteers at all times
• We will encourage families to stay in their vehicles while we load trunks with items
• All toys and donations will be collected using gloves and wiped down
• Pick up times will be scheduled prior to the event to reduce contact
• Check-in line: there will be cones to mark 6 ft standing stops for social distancing
• Hand sanitizer will be provided for volunteers
• Sanitizer wipes will be provided to wipe down any equipment that is shared
• Clean/Dirty pen jars will be out for use and sanitized when needed
• Volunteers will wear gloves
