Courtney Moore

Courtney Moore is the Director of External Equity and Inclusion Relations at Caesars Entertainment. He is responsible for positively positioning Caesars Entertainment, its affiliates and the gaming/hospitality industry by driving inclusion, equity and social impact throughout the business. Courtney seeks to positively influence and mobilize public opinion leaders and strategic business partners by coordinating global community reinvestment and intersectional social equity efforts. He also directs companywide initiatives to align company interests with non-traditional, disadvantaged, underrepresented, regional, national and global political and business organizations.

Courtney’s professional acumen is a unique compendium of analytics, continuous improvement and service verticals. He attributes his ability to align, strategize and execute across myriad functional areas to his experience leading business units within the gaming, service and technology sectors. In his role as Director of External Equity and Inclusion Relations, Courtney leverages his analytical background to demonstrate the numerous remunerative outcomes generated by strategically engaging customers and employees with diverse backgrounds. As such, he incorporates Caesars’ five-pointed DEI approach that emphasizes a strategic focus on people, customers, partners, places and policies. He is currently focused on aligning Caesars intersectional diversity priorities (workforce development, voter registration, immigrations, racial/gender equity and counter human trafficking) with the programmatic efforts of its diversity partners.

Courtney believes in a service first approach to community reinvestment. He is and avid supporter of youth education programs including Teach for America, The Ogden Family Foundation and Democracy Prep Charter School: Agassi Campus. He currently serves on Board of Directors for Kelly-Parker Foundation and Disability:IN, Las Vegas Chapter.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Temple University. He also studied Hospitality Management and Strategic Human Resources Engagement at Cornell University.

Courtney is an avid sports fan and is a lifelong supporter of the Green Bay Packers, Los Angeles Lakers and Chelsea FC. He currently resides in Las Vegas, NV, with his wife and two sons.
