Our Story

The Ogden Family Foundation 

The Ogden Family Foundation, founded in 2008, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the Las Vegas, Nevada region. We believe health is full circle and cannot be complete without having a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

To provide this care for the underserved population of Southern Nevada, our organization has partnered with Community Outreach Medical Center, a Las Vegas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit community health clinic for the uninsured and underinsured, and created a fully integrated health program.This allows us to incorporate a variety of health-related services within our programs as we continue to search for new paths to empower others.

Community Outreach Medical Center is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive, healthcare services through an integrated care model. Our mission is to improve the total well-being of individuals within the greater Southern Nevada region.
